I get the same issue on my Naomi, I ususally turn the system off wait a bit and reseat the cart and turn the system back on. Usually works after that. 8-)

Mushi Futari BL for me right now. 1 or 2 credits a day. Slowly getting the hang for scoring and reaching lvl 4. Still a long way :) Its a great game. Stage 3 seems to be much worse than 4 imo. I binged a lot last week on it but I kept making the same mistakes so I gave it a break. Will give it more...

I would start with the caps if it was me. Its not too expensive and it will need to be done eventually anyways *shrugs* but those symptoms sound like something related to the caps any ways. ;) Best of luck

Couldnt you just use a JVS to Jamma Adapter.? What are the advantages to this. You say its like a pass through which I can see that based on how its wired. Are you using it to capture RGB off your cabinets Jamma harness if so thats awsome i been wanting to setup a way to stream from my cabinet LOL? ...
