Re: Namco System 23 Power up

Something needs to be bridged, yes. I remember unplugging one and trying to measure voltages on one and I couldn't get it to turn on. Plugged everything in and lo and behold it worked again.

Re: Super Nintardbros!

That's disappointing. I've read mostly positive comments for it. There's an update planned update to fix the aiming in a week or so. Hopefully they'll address the slow rotation as well. Man, the original game really needs a good remaster. It just performs really bad on the Saturn. It's almost Star F...

Will see if I can adjust the red cut off, is there any default values for these pots I can start with?
No default values. Just a slight turn counter-clockwise and it will be fixed.

Neo (Candy) 29 has the same PSU too.

May I ask what's wrong with yours?

Not rare at all. It's a common key that Taito use in their cabs, even new ones. Dariusburst, Groove Coaster and Vewlix all use that same key.

Long load times and 30fps for PD remake. Otherwise it's supposed to be good. Colour me surprised. Preorders for the physical release are up: https://limitedrungames.com/products/switch-limited-run-67-panzer-dragoon, $40 https://limitedrungames.com/products/switch-limited-run-67-panzer-dragoon-classi...

Re: Star Trigon Control Panel?

Nope, no official panel.

I've been meaning to do one as well. Shouldn't be too hard. For Sega cabs you can find those empty control panels from upright lightgun games. I have two from Confidential Mission. Just punch two holes and get some artwork made :awe:

PS. would you mind scanning the artwork?

Re: Dodonpachi Saidaioujou EXA LABEL

I've heard that too. I find it more than likely. However, as long as the devs responsible for adding content to Mame haven't got them, it's a moot point.

Re: Condensation or scratches on MS9/Egret 2 Monitor?

Monitor two is definitely scratches on the antistatic coating.

As for Monitor one, I'm going to say it's burn in. Some games can result in odd, irregular patterns. It's not uncommon. Not everything is insert coin and credit texts.

Yeah, I wouldn't bother getting one of those PSUs just for the sake of it being original.

Re: Condensation or scratches on MS9/Egret 2 Monitor?

It's blotches on the anti-static coating. It looks like it's under the glass, but it isn't.

Nice you got that sorted , but I reply first and ask if shipping is possible .no answer, Very rarely anyone ever wants to put these things on pallets and organize shipping. Re: Dodonpachi Saidaioujou EXA LABEL

At least one Mame dev has said that they'll add the game to Mame as soon as someone sends them the files. However, getting those files means removing surface mounted components possibly rendering the board completely useless. No collector would ever lend their board for the job if it means their $50...

Re: Remote for H-Size on MS8-18FB

As long as the harness isn't super long, I see no reason why it wouldn't work. It's hard to make out from pictures if the wiring is correct. I suggest you double check with a multimeter, then turn it on and see what happens.

Re: Capcom SSF2 QSOUND Cabinet info

Jamma is amplified mono only, so yes, you have to connect the amp to the line level stereo RCA outputs of the motherboard.

That's the original PSU. Can't remember the model number off hand, but it's a Hantarex one.

Nope, wrong. tinchen3112 made it work with the original force feedback board. It was literally plug and play.
