Re: Powering my vewlix vs
I would hazard a guess that there maybe switches inside or on the back of the cab that need turning on, the power supply size is fine.

Re: Converting a JP Lindbergh to 240V
You should be able to get that contractor from RS for cheap, they are very common in machine control panels or you can just swap the coil for a 240 volt one, that’s the part that melted.

Re: PS5
Any good games on it?
I would like a brand new console.
I ended up eventually buying a PS4 last year and only bought KOF97, Ketsui and Samurai shodown.

Re: adding an audio line out on a PCB?
Yes, I have done that on a Neo Geo MV1C board, this board is mono but it can be modded for a stereo line out by picking up the signal before the amplified mono output.
I am sure it’s possible but will be different on each Jamma board.

That’s what mine was, and it looks the same in your pictures.
Do you have a volt meter? I imagine as Grant does something has come loose in transit, you need to check all the connections and any loose wires and defiantly the neck pcb board.

Do any of the games run as they should, I tried one of these multi’s years ago and all the games were wrong apart from Galaxian that ran pretty well.

Does the neck glow on the tube? and have you checked the video input plug where it joins the chassis.

Re: Namco Noir buzzing speakers
Try disconnecting the input to the Namco amp which is accessed from the back next to the JVS IO, you may have done that already.
Disconnect the stereo input but leave power on and let us know if you still have the buzz.

Quickly clamp it so most of the glue comes out, job done! Won’t be perfect but w...
