Re: Irem Image Fight M72

I usually baptize my boards in holy water. You wouldn't believe how many people turn down pagan boards  I really appreciated all the holy water (as well as holy flux) you used when you replaced the hybrids on my Moo Mesa, Violent Storm and Mystic Warriors 8-) I only use holy flux tha...

Re: Sega Aero Table Help!

I tried that way earlier but the holes didn't match the holes on the frame. I think I must have screwed the chassis mount on the wrong way! Progress!

Thank you so much

Sega Aero Table Help!

I've recently taken out my chassis on the aero table and for the life of me cannot figure out how it goes back. Whichever way I try to mount the chassis to the frame something hits the tube! Anybody with a picture of which way the chassis is supposed to be mounted on the CRT frame. It's the original...

Re: Taito Egret II fluorescent tube size / model?

This is what you need. http://i100.photobucket.com/albums/m34/Monstermug/20150626_195143_zpsc55bpkce.jpg FL20SD (580 mm Tube) IIRC should be 20w but the rest is all in Japanese. You should also check behind the lighting fixture that the ballast is still there and working. It's only a small ballast. ...

Re: Egret 2 Earthing

A coulple of people have said that the stock Egret 2's are not properly earthed. There was a screw just to the right of the power supply that looked like it might be the place to attach the mains earth to the body of the cab. I have done that and run two further earth cables from there. One to the ...

Re: Street Fighter 3 3rd Strike CPS3 no picture no sound

Try take out the cart and give it a nice wipe with a cotton bud and make sure you insert it in all the way when placing it back into the mobo. I thought my cart had died once when that happened. Worth a try if you haven't done so already.

Re: Show us what's mounted in your cab!

Why didn't I think of that...that's a great alternative to a PCB holder! It was simple enough I was surprised I didn't see others like it already. Well the PCB feet + S hooks part, not the cutting board from Costco. I just remember seeing that while shopping and thinking "that'd fit perfectly!" (no...

Re: What's it worth?

Sega Sonic The Hedgehog System 32 board anyone? Original with fd1149 security chip and trackball IO in excellent condition can fetch £800 I discovered around 9 years ago you could make your own sonic by using the beta ROMs from mame (no security chip) and using a trackball IO from dunkshot.
