Re: Jumping H Sync and V Sync on MS2931

you would just put a short from h to v sync, not sure why that would work though
more likely a factory reset would help

Re: Nanao ms8 29 monitor shuts down

first you check for any cracks or broken tracks on the chassis, in particular around the flyback

Re: Sanwa PM1745 no monitor image or neck glow?

its the pot beneath the focus pot on the flyback transformer, you do not need any special tool to adjust it

you can turn it clockwise a little bit without power and see what happens

Re: Jaleco Pony Mk.III power issue

you would have to make sure the marquee light, power supply and monitor were all 220vac but if so there is no reason why you can't remove the transformer
the chassis looks like an intervideo and they were normally ok to run at 220vac

why not try fixing your existing power supply

Re: Adjusting Aero table color.

your gains and cut offs are badly adjusted, this will be a ms8 chassis i expect- they do not act like other chassis in regards to colour adjustments

do you have a atx power supply you can try, use the 24 pin connector only for the atx supply- disconnect both lindbergh psu connectors

Re: SEGA Lindbergh Black Screen LAN Blink

to remove the cpu, take a blade and angle it between the edge of cpu and heat sink and then whack it gently but firmly with a small hammer- the cpu will drop off
clean away old heat compound with contact cleaner and reseat cpu making sure all legs are straight and put on some new heat compound

Re: Nanao MS8-26SU

i think your sync custom module is the issue
i have been informed the ms8-26 is not keen on signals from pc setups, apparently it can kill the sync module- not experienced this myself but it comes from a solid source
