This is a silly question I know but have you plugged the Dreamcast in to a power supply? As the jamma loom does not suppply power to the Dreamcast also is the jamma connector on the right way up? The grounds from pins 27 & 28 need to go to the gounds on pins 1 & 2 but this wont stop the unit from st...

You need to find the arcadeos.cfg file open it with notepad & edit it where needed.

I have tried PSP Genesis & that works fine not sure if it will work with a slim tho as the version I have runs on a fat PSP with a 1.5 firmware adddon.

You should be able to download games for your Wii. I live in the UK with a US modded Wii & have had no trouble accessing the shop. If you Wii is modded there are other ways to add Megaman 9 you know

Not sure if it is the same with the Saturn mgcd as with the Dreamcast one but the first revison of them only worked with NTSC consoles but the second revsion worked with both NTSC & Pal, I have one on a pal Dreamcast & it works fine.
