Re: What's it worth?

Just looking for a rough guide for prices on these two please: Sega Blast City cab Has some Virtua Striker burn that is noticeable at 31k (I didn't notice myself at 15k), wired directly to run Jamma boards, Sega amp bypassed - audio comes straight from Jamma edge, Wired to run on UK mains so no step...

Re: Whats in your cab(s) right now?

Blast City: Street Fighter II: Hyper Fighting Absolutely loving having this in a cab as it's my favourite SF (nostalgia reasons) Astro City: Progear No Arashi Haven't played this seriously in a long while, recently picked it up again. I still probably prefer this to DS/AK even though I can't score ...

Re: xbox 360 to wei ya. help!!

Does this monitor automatically switch between modes? On my Blast City I have to select 31k via a dipswitch, maybe the same is applicable with this one?

Re: Blast City - PSU Dead?

Got it sorted now, turns out it was simply a blown fuse in the kettle lead I've been using (phew!)   I'd laugh more but I've done more or less exactly the same before, checking everything on my old AWSD and panicking only to find it was the fuse in the extension lead  It was c...

Re: Blast City - PSU Dead?

Phew. The PSU is dead easy to strip and clean. I'd put the fan back, there's a reason it's there. ;) I'd see if you can work out what blew the fuse too? Are you using a stepdown etc? Yeah that's what I thought, was shocked to see it unplugged when I opened the PSU to be honest. The cab was rewired ...

Re: Blast City - PSU Dead?

Got it sorted now, turns out it was simply a blown fuse in the kettle lead I've been using (phew!) Just to check though, should I open up the PSU and re-attach the fan cable or just leave it unattached like it has been since I got the cab over a year ago? Seems a bit dangerous to me  or doesn...

Blast City - PSU Dead?

Good evening gents Disaster has struck, went to flick on the Blast for a credit of SFIIHF earlier and it won't power on, there is nothing there whatsoever when I turn on the power (yes I have made sure that the door lockout switch is depressed correctly!) I went digging on the internet a bit for pos...

CPS2/Blast City issue....

I'm having trouble getting a CPS2 board (MSH) to work in my Blast City at the minute, I rotated the monitor this morning and initially thought I had fudged the monitor as I got no picture whatsoever, I then hooked up a different board to the Blast (CPS1 SF2HF) and this worked perfectly :problem: The...

Re: Mega Drive - some good games

De-Cap Attack I forgot all about that. Classic. I always meant to play the JPN version: Magical Hat no Buttobi Tabo! Daibōken. It's not that expensive either: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Japanese-Sega-Mega-Drive-Game-Magical-Hat-Flying-Turbo-Adventure-RARE-BOXED-/321030078179?pt=UK_PC_Video_Games_Vid...

Re: The Ultimate Candy Cab'

Got to be a Blast for me, I love my Astro but i'd wanted a Blast for years before i got one earlier this year. I just love the look/design of the big beast!! :awe:

Seems like one of the easiest candies to get hold of in the UK now since Digitalsystemdesigns started bringing them in

Is that a good price for Ketsui? what do bare boards usually go for out of interest?
