Rolling picture after recaping - Nanao MS9

After recaping I get a fast rolling picture. Solder joints looking good. Any idea which capacitor (number) the problem could be?

Nichicon won't go out of spec in 10 years.

Does your friend have a MS9 as well? Can you test your cab with a regular jamma board?
I'll try to get a jamma board for testing.

Re: Nanao MS9 - Distortion (Cap Kit needed?) Picture

The caps are from nichicon. I'm connecting a PC throu Jamma. So yes, emulation. The setup was build from a friend which runs the same in his cab without problem. So you think this could be related to my PC?
