It seems to obtain full raster. I also noticed when I turn off the cab it gets picture for a split second.... interestingly enough

you have full vertical deflection and from what i can see full horizontal deflection , when you capped this did you remove any chassis interconnects? I didnt remove anything else from the chassis other than the caps....although I'm not sure what you mean by "interconnects"? You mean board traces or...

So decided to do a cap kit on the ms9 chassis and at first nothing...
