Tube sticker says nothing about the yoke on the tube. You'll need an LCR meter to better measure the yoke values and find a chassis to match those.

Re: WG 13K7201 flyback..

I'd prefer not to play around with this WG but it came in a nice touchmaster 7000 as part of a trade, and i'm really into those touch games, like Photoplay, Megatouch etc. Anyway, pins 1+2 are shorting with 7/9/10, i guess that is a shorted pri/sec but i really don't know much about monitors or flyb...

Re: WG 13K7201 flyback..

Clicks as if it wants to start but fails to do so. Desoldered b+ and that's all checked nothing broken in smps area, light bulb test ok but the fly back buzzed when testing. Closer inspection of the flyback shows a hole leaking magic yellow alien potting fluid :(

WG 13K7201 flyback..

Ok so I got a broken one. Seems they are very available in the USA for low dollar prices, but from China. Looked around for a HR model. My googling says the following are compatible: Original part: 053x0641-001 7201 series 053X0528-001 k7000(?) series HR equivalent(s) HR8690 HR80058 HR7717 Now this ...

Uni-T 603 from Ali Express or Ebay or perhaps Amazon does the job as well. Or some cheaper ones like $25 models. Search for LCR meter to get more hits.. :awe:

Re: Monitor identification

The Sanwa PFX came paired with several tubes and the page in the wiki lists them all.. You need to open the back and look at the chassis, tube part# can also be visible. But the four button remote is a dead giveaway that this is a Sanwa chassis indeed. https://wiki.arcadeotaku.com/w/Sanwa_PFX What t...

Re: Nanao MS-8 Replacement Tube?

I have a MS9 running a PM1745 29" tube and the horizontal is also .1 off (MS9 = 0.300mh and PM1745 is 0.400mh ). For some games i need to adjust the H.S. Limit or the screen size won't adjust fully with the remote. MS8 is around 0.350 so you might get away with this just fine. If you don't swap pcb'...

Re: Help Building Horizontal Yoke Adapter

Assuming all the info on the wiki pages is correct and 2931/32/33 are indeed all the same 2932 is listed here as https://wiki.arcadeotaku.com/w/Yoke_Specifications Lh 0.196mh (0.230 on yours +0.034) Lv 13.8mh (11.95 on yours -1.85) Rh 0.6 ohms Rv 6.9 ohms So, one would assume a 2933 chassis to expec...

I'll just bump this old thing to get the experts opinion.

Does anybody know why is there a Capcom logo on the DDP2 POP?

I don't get it.

Re: DDP DOJ

If you have the original Black Label PCB with no fixed eprom, it has some battery backed data in NVRAM to allow the game to boot and present the OLD / NEW selection menu. The game checks the NVRAM each time at boot. The battery stores a magic value in NVRAM. If you use the switch, on DDP DOJ Black L...

Re: Bubble Bobble Bootleg info

When this was all going on i quietly grabbed bunch of boots from various places, traded the Jamma board and have redux and lost cave on two-stack boards :)
Lots of work burning all those loose roms btw.

Re: AGAIN: Sanwa 29E31S... No! its a B!!!

I'd get out the tube rejuv and see what the guns read as. Not rejuv it, they die easily. Just read how much life is left in it. Whilst in there sort out the focus as it's out of focus as far as i can see. With the back of, the r/g/b cutoff on the neck board can be adjusted to see if i can get it bet...

Very nice. These cabs are super versatile and easy to take apart/chop/paint etc. Also accepts a wide range of monitors. I'll need to paint my upper at least, i have the RAL 9010 ready but no time yet.. just moved house :) I did the upper on the other chopped one beside it, you can really tell the di...

Re: PFX service manual / chassis schematics

It's right here on the AO wiki:

https://wiki.arcadeotaku.com/w/File:San ... Manual.pdf

Also applies to the KW0606A chassis.
Manual seems to be an early revision, it does not contain all the tube types, just the Chungwa, but there are others. It's all in the wiki :)

Re: cps2 Screen does not appear

Just piggybacking along for a ride on this thread. I have a similar issue with a B board, except the sprite layer comes and goes if i move my hand around in this area like a magician.. I was suspecting the big chip near the battery since touching it makes the layer appear (and stay solid), but it ra...

Blast.. not so much. Backmounting and some isolation strips black foam padding with sticky sides is probably the only way.

Re: Bubble Bobble Bootleg info

The jamma edge isn't quite jamma.. i did some extensive rewiring to get that 100% compatible first. :) Then the thing to do is replace the program roms with redux or that other one from Jao. Get one with level skip, so you can test if the graphics for the treasure rooms are there. That was missing o...

Re: Bubble Bobble Bootleg info

If i'm not mistaken, i had one of these and had to route a few paths to get the board to fully work. Something with an ls138 too. Mine was switchable between normal/super versions with the dips. I'll dig into the topic because i think i asked for help here as well. Edit: I had the same board. Pics a...
