(FWIW the "official" screen protector is all but invisible, only noticeable by the sub-millimetre ridge on the edges. It's the least visible one I've had out of every one I've used)

Bought the Pro Controller for the Switch. Utterly essential. Feels like the xb360 controller so all the sticks and buttons are in comfy placements. It's very responsive and doesn't have the Wii-like lag that we all know and dislike.

It comes with a USB type-c cable too so you charge your Switch (or pad) without docking it, if you move about like me. (You need to plug the charge cable into a USB source).

Does BOTW know it's connected and change the HUD appropriately?

Lol Reggie's irrelevance. He's the fat kid with every Nintendo game, promoted to president of the back seat.

I think this is the best 'modern' game ever made. It really is a masterpiece. As a full package, I can't think of anything better. On paper, I think a massive (really massive) sandbox Zelda sounds awful, but it's really not
This is so true I very rarely like sandbox type games, they don't Hold my interest for long, but this seems to have the perfect mix .as cools said this has something like tomb raider when it 1st came on the scene and even what lttp had and it works so far ...

No... You do that yourself in options > HUD mode, normal or pro.

Oh, don't let that stop ya. Holding the ProCon is so much better than the two joycons attached to the tablet. It also tops the joycons in its its cradle form too. I've tried all the ways and the ProCon is the best. Yeah you'll look (as do I) a bit stupid... Conventional joypad with you hunching over a tiny screen, but hey I only do that at home.

That 2D version looks like it could make a fun little game - imagine if it was included as an easter egg or something?

Also, that's the first footage of the new Zelda game that I have seen, looks pretty nice, although I don't think I could dedicate the time to it.

Had to take (yet another pointless) business trip. I travel as light as I can, multiple flights and limited charging points.

Took my 3DS rather than the Switch.
