I don't like much Le Mans 24 so I got it converted to GRID. Much nicer now, isn't it?

The CRT replaced was with a tiny-frame 32'' LCD (to the milimiter!). Had to change also the Dashboard and buy a FFB from China.

Wow. Looks great man! Could you please post a topic with pictures and a explanation of how you did this (not only the monitor, but also game etc)?
I've got a Le Mans single myself and would love to convert mine.

That is a serious nice CAVE collection OlDirty, fancy boxes! Seriously though I’ve never understood shmup players who only play CAVE, it’s like, “I LOVE VEGETABLES!” (and then only eats carrots). Any diversifying on the horizon?
Which have you 1CCed? :ugeek:

I wonder why some people always get the Meatball Marinara from Subway... I mean why do they always play SFIV... Like why not try a steak instead? :whoopsie:

Just imagine beef sirloin instead of carrots :D . I'm pretty new in the arcade and cave games are the ones which attract me the most for now. Maybe in the future i'll also like other ones, but for now it's Cave. Tested also other shumps with MAME, but didn't like them so much. :eh:
As i said, i'm just playing those shumps for like 4months, so no 1CC yet. But i'm sure i'll manage that 8-)

Just thinking of the Meatball Marinara makes me feel sick. I always just get the Club, it's got a mixture of everything :whoopsie:

I bet you're a veggie patty kind of chap :whoopsie:

I started collecting arcade games back in 2003, but my housing situation at the time did not let me set anything up permanently. At some point I sold off a number of my games, but I held on to a few over the years. Fast forward to today, I now have a bit more disposable income and a house to actually set things up... that means I dug out the old games, and started buying more!

I got them from here:
http://southtown-homebrew.com/index.php?cPath=170

For CAVE PCBs you need to cut them a bit, otherwise the PCB won't fit in it. They were originaly for MVS cardridges.

Hello from a new member!

Cabinets: Egret 29, Cocktail cabinet, some homemade superguns.

Egret has some modifications, such as an added subwoofer, picture flip switches (for playing those few PCBs that have the picture "upside down" but no dips for rotating the screen) and control panel that has 6 buttons per player, 4 of which are red/yellow/green/blue (neogeo), two black and the joysticks contain transparent "balls" from my Akihabara visit.

All games are originals except Mr. Heli is a bootleg and maybe one or two others. Gotta replace those with proper ones ASAP!

All MVS games are inside shock boxes with professionally printed color covers and sit on the Egret's "side stand" or whatever it is called.

For 3 or 4 player games I have two "Neo Geo Controller Pro"s. There's also some random stuff like two japanese keyboards for playing typing of the dead. And of course loads and loads of arcade-related books like the capcom design works etc stuff and complete set of retro gamer magazines, some soundtrack CDs (Xexex etc), posters etc.

So here's the a-bit-out-of-date game list - I'm not too good at fixing PCBs, but if you have ANY questions or anything about any of the stuff, don't hesitate to contact me!:
