Re: Cabinet Couriers

Post by johnbud »

martin has dropped of about 6 cabs to me, never any probs at all. he uses a high top which imo is far more important than a tail lift. i believe him to be honest reliable and cost effective. i do have a van and do pick up my own cabs at times but its cost effective for me to use martin. i just got a cab up from devon. no probs. cheers.

Gaming direct was spot on & they have a tail lift which is more suited to larger cabs such as drivers.

Have used Gaming Direct twice now, both times picking up and delivery they used a Luton with a tail lift.
Ross and Slapaham both had equally good pick ups from them to.
Can not fault them.
1, Kevin always seems to be at the end of his phone :o
2, Always had quick quotes back, usually within a hour, 2 at most
3, His drivers have instructions to call you before they arrive. :wtf:
4, Exceptional good value, charge'd me £74 for a 440 round trip

Just to say I was very happy with Lancs Couriers. Called Tuesday, collected Friday, delivered Monday. £90. Job done.

I've used them 5 times now and that has always been my experience too!

Cheers,

Martin delivered a cab for me yesterday. Less than 24 hours door to door and he would have done it same day if I'd wanted. £70 from the midlands to York. It was super well wrapped and strapped and he was very helpful moving it into position.

He's a really nice bloke too!

He'll definately be who I turn to next time I need one moving.

Another vote for Martin. He moved my Lordsvale from Wales to Brighton for £95 which was pretty damned reasonable IMO. Nice guy too and very helpful with moving the cab.

Hey Just got a cab shipped from Chesire to dublin Ireland for £120, the company used was called AG shipping.

Alex Geen is the name of the owner he`s a really nice guy he travels all over the UK and Ireland. His van is equiped with a tail lift which is great for the types of equipment in the cab business.

His details are below if anybody would like a shipping quote.

A massive recommendation here for Martin. He takes great care of the cab, extremely good value, and was a great help moving the cab indoors, a godsend really. Basically it was first class service all round and I couldn't have asked for more.

Martin comes really highly recommended on Jamma + He picked up a GTI Club cab for me within one day last week and was happy to sort the money and pay the seller. Very helpful guy - cab is still somewhere up north though due to the snow...

I ran into the same problem, had to nip home from work at Lunch time. And it ain't close, a 50 minute commute. Appliance deliveries are understandable ;)

And I used Martin the Deliveryman, really nice chap, very reasonable and looked after the Cab as if it was his own. He even helped me up 2 flights of stairs.

Big thumbs up for Martin from me, he's taken 2 cabs away and delivered one. You can't ask for a nicer, more careful chap to haul your cabs around :)
