If the technical spec of both of those PSU units is anything to go by then it should be ok
my understanding is Pro Pow 3 PSU would be DC 10V - 1A (centre Negative) and a UK Megadrive 1 PSU would be DC 10V - 1.2A (centre negative) so one would assume that it would work.
Appears to be a posting over on Jammaplus with some pics that may confirm/help you with this

If I remember correctly;
Pow = 5v
Pow3 = 10v
There was one exception for a small variant of the sub 100K units, but I can't remember the number range and yours is much later.
