Re: Street Fighter V
IV is a travesty. It is. Yes it is.
First reveal at a major storyline deveplopment for V was revealed in this regular gameplay video. If you pause it at 1:01 you can see the effects Satsu No Hadou has left on Ryu's body after longterm daily use which is absolutely not recommended by any doctors or healthcare specialists. Evil armpit rash. I bet Capcom and Ono fed him **** him it wouldn't happen, even after he heard all the warnings. Now Ryu is travelling the world to seek worthy opponents AND a cure for this condition that is affecting his Shoryuken performance. I heard from a trustworthy source that Ken refuses to spar with him.

I do like the English buffoons in the background, but I wish that just sometimes someone would stay a little bit still so the SF3D crowd didn't always look like they're on the Starship Enterprise flight deck.

To me V looks less cartoony and more waxy in an almost Perfect Dark Zero sort of way. Tbh I've only watched the trailers on my phone but I far prefer IV so far.pubjoe wrote:I still think IV and V just look the same.

Wish they'd taken a leaf from Guilty Gear's book. I love how GG's 3D models were hand animated frame-by-frame. The incredible effort really pays off.
