Agree with all the above. Nintendo have made some superb first party games on the 3DS. The Sega Classics are also essential.

Pullblox is great. Once you pass the many many practice stages.

I must admit I played Pokemon Picross quite a bit on mine. I'd never played a picross game before though so I dunno how good it'd be if you've scratched that itch already.

I haven't touched them in a year but I loved the Streetpass games. It probably helped that Nath was doing them too. If you find yourself on a train often they're a great way to spend a few minutes between stops. With all the Streetpass games the ones that look best end up getting boring first and the ones that look most boring end up growing on you the most. The Fantasy Zone style one is brill but doesn't last long for example.

I thoroughly recommend Picross DS, it's brilliant. (The Pokemon one is the same game at core). The 3D ones are more complex in their execution, not sure they are as immediately enjoyable as the 2D ones.

Actually have Pullblox already as it turns out it's called Pushmo outside Europe

Another game I've really enjoyed has been the remake of Steel Empire. Although I hate blimps I used to love it on the MD and the 3DS one's great.

I'd second pj's recommendation for the Sega classics remakes too - they're excellent ports.

Cleared Ocarina of Time, which left me distinctly underwhelmed. All that travelling around and headscratching about what I was supposed to be doing where was very irritating and took the majority of the game up. Definitely not best game of all time.

Then started Master Quest and died 30 times in the Deku Tree due to the double damage and faster enemies. Not my bag.

Wondering if I should continue with Majora's Mask? I've not yet cleared the first dungeon and it took me 2 weeks to figure out that's where I was supposed to go. The time pressure and having to repeat the same sequence of events and dialogue each time I run out of time is really doing my head in.

Leave it and just go to Link Between Worlds?

The eShop Picross games are entertaining, although they do seem to have included puzzles that are pure guess work...

And when does Pullblox/Pushmo get difficult? Any way of skipping to challenging levels? I've done 50 so far without needing to think.

See what I mean by many many practice stages? It's a shame as it's otherwise a really nice game. I haven't played it for a long time but I think it starts getting more challenging around where you are.

I recommend jumping straight into LBW. It'll be refreshing compared to Ocarina and you'll burn yourself out with back-to-back Slogarina style games.

Take a four dungeon slice of Ocarina of Time, pile in loads more side quests and confusion and you have Majora's Mask. I don't want to put you off too much as you do get a lot of satisfaction from it once it all starts locking into place and you can skip time. The feel of the game is very different to OoT. To be honest, I never stuck it through to the end. Got about 75% through. I once fell asleep near a naked dancing man that appears each night to eerie music. I had the worst nightmares I've ever had.

I'm having to Grail out away from home at the moment so have been playing Ridge Racer 3D. I'd overlooked 3DS RR but it's great fun and has reminded me why I love RR so much.

cant say i've ever put alot of time into the n64 zeldas , my brother loved oot but didnt clear it ..i think it broke him . I would say go with lbw but that because i prefer lttp over all zeldas .

Binned MM for now, started LGBTW. It's certainly a far superior game. Let's see if it tops the Oracle games and Link's Awakening, which for me are the pinnacle of Zelda titles.
