Post by gargamel »

Hi

Interresting machine, but there is no game.

A mario should be released with each new N-system..

nope never. just looks like another gimmick by the great nintendo.
The screws used to seal up this cart are wood screws. Nobody is going to waste good wood screws on a bootleg, they'd just use cheap electronic screws instead.

When I can pick up the 3DSi Lite for £99 and I can get Animal Crossing 3D for it, then maybe. Megadrive, Snes and Nes emulators and Game Dev Story on my Android sort out all my handheld gaming needs at the moment though.

Had a hands on yesterday and I have to say I wasn't impressed, it's a gimmik and as shiny as the console is the whole 3d thing is far from polished. Give it another couple of years and then it willl be where it should be. Personally I wonder how long before kids start getting headaches and nosebleeds, Virtualboy anyone?

Have one pre-ordered, with 4 games. Although not all the games will be out on release day though. I think I will only have Pilot Wings and Ridge Racer at launch.

That will be bought as well, so long as its under £300 on release.

For those that pre-ordered what games are you getting?

I have Pilot Wings and Ridge Racer for launch, Resident Evil Relevations and Zelda on pre-order. Was also interested in getting Kid Icarus.

ok , i have played quite some SSF4 now and i must say , if you turn off 3D it looks very good.

the 3d effect is great , but the grafics suffer alot. so its a tough choice.

what remains is the stupid position of the digi-cross :palm:

Yes, Graphic wise.

Especially the background. I heard background will be static. like the iphone version.

Also, does it contains all characters? does the intro movie still there?

Will buy at the end of march (hopefully).

Hope the classic N64 remakes will be a good start.

But nothing beats the good old Virtual Boy :awe:

Wasn't planning too but with the hype building i'm feeling a bit more tempted. I guess it just feels like a long time since the last new console released, and launches are always interesting.
