Looks like they are trying to do a wii all over with their happy jolly laughing family stuff.

Been playing splatoon a lot this week. So damn fun. Worry about all the changes they are making to it though as I think it's near perfect atm.

I'm wondering why it took me until 5 minutes ago to notice the switch seems to have a pretty lame excuse for a d-pad; i'm eager to try it out to see what it's like.

The joycons don't have a dpad, that's a button.

Exactly, Will there be a different attachment that has one or do you reckon this'll be proper enough?

There's a gamer friendly Pro controller for the switch.. Though it's 5 times bigger than the console and costs a million pounds...

We'll be forced into buying it though as the Joy cons are near impossible to game with our giant old arthritic meat hooks.

Has anyone cancelled their preorder yet? :awe:

it's a bit meh, on the other hand i think you won't exactly miss out if you don't get any of the DLC. Not really planning to get a Switch anymore anyway. The lineup in general is pretty meh and i'm having a hard time justifying the price really.

System menu was also posted online by someone who apparently already received his console. More meh really.

I'm still genuinely excited for it. Ongoing physical game releases (and price) are what will make or break it for me. Digital only releases need to be super cheap or have a very lenient refund policy or I'm simply not interested.

Oh thank god. I imagine hell has that **** music warbling on in the background.
"He's wide open!"
"Kiss the rim!"
