Anyone think it's just a flashy, hentai, casual player god hand?

The comic strip cut scenes scream of being rushed / half finished. Why not just model them with the in game engine?

I'm enjoying bayonetta, but i prefer god hand.

It'll never happen, but I would love to see a sequeal that ironed out the control / camera problems the original had. Oh and hi-res graphics would help :awe:

I sold my Japanese PS3 version of Bayonetta and plan to get the 360 version at some point.
I thought the game was good, just not great. I found the cut scenes a bit of a chore and the PS3 loading times destroyed everything else for me.

Devil Soundwave wrote:Not enjoying Bayonetta. Bit dull, silly character design, grating music. Bayonetta herself is just annoying; it's like running about behind a fat-arsed school marm. Meh.

Some of the big boss battles are pretty epic though - fighting Fortitudo is lots of fun.

Nice to agree on something Ross! :D

Honestly, I had a bit of a rant on shmups over the perfect scores lavished on this - too long to repeat. After giving it more of a chance I can see the value in the game, but all DS's above points are valid and it's this divide in tastes and opinions which couldn't possibly make it a perfect scoring game for me.

I have pormised to go back to it, and work to learn the finer points of the combat more thoroughly. Whether or not that will completely change the game for me though, I'm unsure.

They sure do. Bought myself a copy a few days and am still waiting for it. It was apparently dispatched on Sunday (that's what the email said), but it's still not here... Royal Mail have been painfully slow for me recently.
