Are these for certain genres - shooters or fighters?

I'm still messing around with the gates on the underside at the moment. I have been using round and square holes so far and they both seem good, both 8 way.

I have also been experimenting with longer and shorter (and thicker) springs to vary the tension of the stick.

I'm sure my tester will report back with some interesting data

I had a shot of one at the weekend as it happens, I foolishly mis-took it for a JLW. In retrospect it had a much nicer feel than that - Nice work m8.

How much do you sell these for incidentally?

So McJonBud hasn't broken it then - that's nice to know! :D

Not sure on price yet - I really want more feedback before I start to make more.

Not yet, he had XII Stag on though - the toughest game on sticks since Track and Field on the C64 :awe:

Well, the throw was nice and short which is fantastic for shooters, would be very interested to see how it is for fighters.

Looking at the diagram, it's very similar in shaft length to an LS-32, It would be awesome if there was a JLF-length one too, for panels with with an S mount

Yeah, that's what I want to avoid.

Actually it is more like a custom shaft for the LSX-57 (http://www.arcadeshop.de/product_info.p ... anguage=en")

A shaft which has fixing holes for the grip assy as found on the Saturn Twin Sticks which are 1:1 as the arcade grip assys. Also, a custom spring catch seems to be what the Japanese are after - but for this project to pursue, I need about 1 month time ;)

rossyra did indeed use 1 of these sticks at the weekend. these are the mutts, they feel nice and play nice. i have 1 fitted in the egret thats downstairs. nice short throw, tight spring and very smooth. the only issue i had was fitting it to the control panel, sorted. as has been pointed out i tend to kill jlf,jlw sticks. these to me are bang on, if they were naff the wouldnt be let near my cabs. i can highly recommend these guys. get 1 today !!!

cheers.
