You know... this is actually a brilliant move. A cab that takes credit cards so the players don't know how much we're taking them for? Genius!

Let's hope it doesn't catch on. I like that no effort's been made to remove the 'accepted cards' sticker. Or the rape mirror This would reduce the risk of anyone sneaking up behind you and muscling in on your game while you're zoned out on Frogger

Ok, I accept that this is a technical achievement as far as building it at home's concerned but seriously?

The guy looks like a right bellend in that contraption and if I had a car that jolted me around in that manner I'd have it straight back to the garage

it's made that way to simulate g's taken while driving. Doesn't look great, feels awesome.

I've always wanted a shot in the G-LOC R-360 cab - The one I used to play all the time was static

Myself and my brother built this cab around 2009. Uses a repro sanwa astro panel, JAMMA wired (initially was MAME), SCART monitor. Sure it wasn't the best, but around my area candies are a rare commodity and it only cost about $400 to build including panel and monitor. (On a student income)

I've just in the last few weeks (After years of trying to find one for less than $2000) been able to track down a Blast City for $1200 which needs a bit of work so i'm restoring it. I sold the cab pictured to partially pay off my new Blast City

That cab felt quite good to play, but after a while you get a niggling in the back of your head that you NEED the real deal.

Fair play to you for bumping the pic of your cab in this thread! Looks... sturdy To be fair the workmanship looks good and clean and I'm sure it gave you hours of satisfaction and enjoyment while you had it

They had something like that setup on Western-super-Mare pier and I must admit it does kinda look like the most fun ever. The one I saw had a triple screen. I couldn't have a go unfortunately as they were in the middle of a competition when I visited.
