Fixed Virtua Striker 3

Hi all,
I bought this Virtua Striker 3 rom as working board. It arrived dead. It boots, then hangs at a insert coin black screen. It could get into the test mode and test all the roms as ok.
Problem: the security board of the cartridge was dead
Fix: replace program rom with the one from the netboot equivalent
GOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAL!
