Hiya!
As per topic, what is the reason for a POLO 28" to micro-pulsate constantly? It is the main 400v input capacitor, right?
All other electrolytic caps are new .
Thanks in advance for any info/tips!

With pulsating you mean, as if someone was bumping the screen brightness up?
Was it pulsating before? If not, logic dictates one of the new caps is not good, or wrong value and/or you may have a soldering mistake bridging two points that should not be bridged, or a cap in the wrong orientation, or a wrong type. Too little info in your post.. this is exact science..

nope I mean like this:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WmJt6bHJ2kQ
but not necessarily linked to something bright lighting on/off like the letters do ... the recap was done months ago - a mix of panasonic/nichicon ones.
well I just tried the cabinet again just now and the tube does not get power - I can hear a very faint tik-tik-tik noise from the PSU area - no idea what it is as it was working a couple of hours ago
I think I bend it too much removing the control board and inserting an extension to relocate it to the front of the cab...
