Chinese vewlix search screen

I am looking for a screen to my Chinese vewlix.
the screen is broken (broken lcd)
Model: SHARP LK315T3LA61 (I do not find resolution internet on display Are 1080p or 720p.?)

If I take a screen SHARP LK315T3LA57 (720p) think that the connectors are identical to LK315T3LA61?

Would you have an internet connection to buy a screen for a Chinese vewlix?

Did you have any luck sourcing a suitable monitor? I only ask as it'd also be interesting from a view to upgrading a Vewlix clone to a 1080p monitor.
