Martin picked up a cab from me today. Once again an absolute star. Collected within 24 hours of the buyer phoning him and arrived exactly when he said he would.

I recently had an experience with Tom and Tandy who delivered me two cabs. I'll spare the full story, suffice to say I wouldn't ever use them again. Ever.

I'm intrigued to hear the full story.

I almost had kittens waiting on Davies Turner to deliver my SC-19, had to take two days off work waiting on it.

It came at last 15 minutes after the cut-off for deliveries on the second day.

There were some issues with the sellers causing a slight delay but, headline fact, phoned T&T on 7th of Feb to give them collection details, cabs arrived 24th of March. :wtf:

Well to finish the story off for Thom...

Martin has just delievered the cab.. under 24 hours after he picked it up.
Not bad considering I only spoke to him Sunday lunchtime.

A top bloke, who is very reasonable and does his upmost to get your cab to you as quickly and safely as he can.
An asset to the arcade community.

Will definitely recommend and use him again.

Thanks mate.

^ This guy?
frothmeister wrote:I have met a top guy on shiply called Martin AKA JPP Automotive. I recommend his service very highly. He is a great guy, very reliable, honest AND very reasonably priced. As long as you can be reasonably flexible regarding collection and delivery dates/times he will do it no problems.

He is based in Rotherham (Yorkshire) but does runs all over the mainland UK so can cover most things if it fits in with what he has planned if you're in no great rush.

His mobile number is 07748 521550. Tell him Danny recommended him. :awe:

I only had bad luck with couriers. Bad information flow, harsh communications, tardy, thank god everything arrived safely... I wish there was a Martin in Germany!

30kg sounds light for a 28" screen... More like 50kg if it's a CRT.
