Adding a 6th button to a Net City
I recently picked up a Net City with a Naomi GD-rom set up. It came set up as the 5 button config for each player I want to get it set up to play CvS2 but that requires 1 extra button per player. Since it can already support 5 buttons can it support a 6th without having to purchase a kick harness? Sorry I'm new to candy cabs and would appreciate any feedback.

It's possible you won't NEED an extra connector is you just wire straight to the pins. You most likely have the Sega I/O, here is the pinout for that:
You will notice the row of 14 pins at the top. That's where you would wire up the 6th button for each player.

I'm looking all around the inside for something that looks like this and I'm not finding it. :/

Okay, saw your previous posts. If you look at the Naomi board, there should be a USB A cable coming out of one of its sides. Follow where that goes. It will be connected to the I/O board.
Also, your setup should already be wired for button 6 on both sides. Can you take a pic of the wires connected to the buttons on your CP? There should be an extra terminal connector hanging off a wire on each side. That's button 6.

Re: Adding a 6th button to a Net City
Looks like you only have a JVS connector on your board. Here is the pinout diagram for it. Find the wires in the positions for button 6 for both P1 and P2 and see if it's already wired in there. If they are, follow them back and see if they have terminal connectors on them. If so, you can connect the wire up to button 6 and you should be good.
That lose terminal connector on the P2 side is not for button 6, that's for the ground. You'll see that it's daisy chained to a series of other terminal connectors and it's a constant white wire. You will need to connect that to the wire as well. You will need to splice in another wire with terminal connector to ground P1s button 6 as well.

What's a good online store to order sanwa buttons and wires to make this happen? I know I'll need to order 2 more buttons. But not really sure what to order for wiring.
