Got a new issue lol
after cleaning the Blast City PSU from all the dust and also cleaning the fan - it got definitely louder then before - since the dust was probably acting as a sound absorbtion.
the thing is - when I was playing Crime Fighters 2 and AvP today - the fan god louder and louder and then again back to normal - then again louder again. like a computer unit that goes louder when there is a lot on the screen.
afaik this should happend with the Blast cab correct?

Nope, there's no control over it. Sound like it's on its way out. It's a standard 80x80mm 12V fan. Best just to swap it for a new one.

Re: Unregular fan and PSU sounds
When those bearings go bad the fan will get louder until it eventually just wears out completely.
You could possibly slow the issue down temporarily by removing that fan and then peeling the sticker off the fans hub. More than likely the bearing will be reveled under that sticker. You can drop a few drops of 3in1 oil in that bearing. This can cause the fan to behave a bit more.
Its not a long term solution so you may want to do that while you wait for your new fan to arrive if you choose to do so.
