Repro CP Overlays - Anything Close to Original Quality?

As the title says, are there any repros provided by vendors/ printers that are close enough to the original quality? I'm not sure how the originals were created for CPs like the Astro City or Net City, but it seems that the art was silkscreened on to a vinyl material that was then glued to the CP. I have played on some repro panels and the quality of the material used to print on is just very coarse and rough, just has this blah sensation when touched. Can anyone share any information please? Thanks.

Heres a Windy panel he made for me, amongst a bunch of others(AWSD, EgretII, etc.). On this one the colors are a bit off, but on his others they are spot on.(He even sent me a replacement CP for free with the colors changed a bit because he was wasn't satisfied with this one) Prices vary you will have to check with him. They are screen printed and always the highest quality, it doesn't get better when it comes to a repro, trust me. Really nice guy, couldn't ask for more.

Yeah, that's funny since the Windy I has the correct logo. Also, if you look at this pic:

Heard back from him, for those that don't have information on it, for repro cp + overlay: 1p is $99 USD and 2p is $119 USD. These prices are without shipping and he does not just sell the overlay. Hope to get a product list from him so I know what I can ask him for in the future. I asked him for 3 repro cps with overlays, but unfortunately he does not have them.

That's the picture I was referring to when I said it was wrong. The Windy II original 1P panel has a half-toned gradient logo. The original 2P panel has the flat white one.
