Conlux n500 coin mech in my Blast- what is this?

This is in my Blast City. I expected it to take 100 yen coins and it's rejecting half and taking half. Is this a 500 yen mech or something? Any idea if it can reliably take 100s?

It is adjustable, just remove the mechanism and adjust the bolts to fit the desired size of your coin or token.
Those come as standard in my aero cities and had to make also little adjustmets to accept coins again.

I'll try messing with the screws again although I wasn't making much progress. It accepts half the 100yen coins and the other half come flying out the front without having to hit the reject push lever.
