Got a multimeter, help?

Post by tzakiel »

I picked up a multimeter today with the intention of figuring how much voltage my power supply is sending on my Blast City when it struck me that I have no idea what I doing. Could someone point out where to put the dial on the meter and where to place the probes? I want to make sure it's outputting the right power level.

Thanks. I've read a few things about general usage of multimeters so I think I get the gist of it. But specifically on my Blast I still don't know what two points to measure to get the output of my power supply to verify it's fully functioning for example.

Red probe on +5V, black on GND.
