Japanese Arcade Token Size?

Post by Hellfromabove »

Could not seem to find a definite answer for this. I'm looking at getting some custom tokens made and was wondering what the size of a Japanese arcade token is. Thanks in advance.

It varies as you can adjust the coin mech.

For instance the Sega tokens are the same as 100 yen coins but the Taito tokens are smaller.

They vary, but they are mainly slightly bigger than a 100Y piece.

I'm sure Devil Soundwave will still have some AO tokens.

If you remove the magnet part from the coin mech you can use any regular metal coins (that fits coin entry, of course), which are easier than use original tokens. This way you can use old coins with no value as tokens.

Apologies I know this post is super old but is there anywhere that the Plaza Capcom tokens can be found to be bought?
