What is this piece of Sega hardware? AV Splitter?

Anyone know what game(s) this thing is used for? I got it in a box with a ton of other sega pieces. This is the only one I'm not sure of its purpose. Looks like a board for splitting audio and video?

Also, anyone know its approximate value? Right now I have no use for it... but maybe that's because I don't know what game it's for. Could this be used with JVS cabs to make a head to head setup?

Yeah, that pcb is for JVS cab link I think. I got one with one of my new net citys but without any power cables.

I remember seeing one for sale here a few months back but I don't remember for how much, can't find the post now. Mine came with a nifty original metal mounting plate for the Naomi base.

Weren't the New Versus City cabs JVS?

It's definitely a splitter for JVS.

Yes, the New Versus City is JVS, and that is most definitely a JVS splitter for Head to head use.

I believe the Net Cities used those as well.
