Printing Capcom Mini Cute - Sideart

Post by Andrrreas »

Hi!

Need some help! I´m going to print new sideart for my Mini Cute.

I have some questions:

- The sideart today is light/pastell blue instead of the classic dark "capcom blue". Is this because of sunlight or shall the artwork look like this? Any recommendations if this light color will look better intstead of the classic color. I want it to look very authentic/original.

- Does anybody have the correct capcom logo in .eps format? I´ve seen a few that looks a bit sloppy and want it to be 100% perfect.

- Does anybody know the exact size of the logo, width and length?

THANKS!

/ Andreas

Great!

I have a Capcom logo in my computer, when I scale it to 170 mm it turns out to be 890 mm width, so I need to find the right logo in .eps.

I hope somebody has this file!

After some searching for the right logo (hard to find!) and color for a sideart replica I ended up making a shaped up logo with fresh lines and a more pastell finish then the original capcom color, here´s the result, also measured the exact dimensions:

It was a bit hard to measure the exact size, I think this might be the exact size (1 or 2 mm wrong maybe?):

Width: Measured from the "C" to the lower end of the "M"
Height: Measured the "O"

Thanks for the tip! Seems to me that these side arts would be really easy to replicate (no dot patterns, silver ink, fades and such). It would be fun to do it on my own.
