Kyukyoku Tiger/Twin Cobra

Been playing this on MAME as I cant find a Kyukyoku Tiger/Twin Cobra PCB anywhere yet.


If people what to add score they need to state if there playin Kyukyoku Tiger or Twin Cobra as the two games have a differet play style in the fact that Kyukyoku Tiger has 'check points' when you die and play your next life and Twin Cobra just plays from where you died making Kyukyoku Tiger the much harder game.

Not my highest score, but its one I have a pic for:- TWIN COBRA

You can tell my annoyance with the 2nd loop from the name input

My best is a Stage 20 score. I always get ripped apart by the later stages on the 2nd loop.

I had the Kyukyoku Tiger board and sold it fast. This game is bad enough without the added hassle of restart points (especially the one before the ST9 Boss).
Mulletgeezer went to one of the Japanese arcades and saw an average day score sitting in a Kyukyoku Tiger cab of 7mil .

Im gonna have to put the Raiden games down and start to learn this!

Im putting all my efforts into Raiden DX at the moment but am feeling the need for a change Shame I only have this on MAME.

Thanks, but really it should be much better, considering I used to play it when it came out in the arcades and newsagents.

7mil is indeed insane. There was a Counter Stop 9,999,990 score pic on the mog-rep site a couple of years back. I Counter Stopped Truxton/Tatsujin, but Twin Cobra doesn't play ball with its side sniping helis from the 2nd loop onwards .
