It would appear that there are differences.
Cools, are you playing with it on MAME? Do you want to play the JP version? If not I can set up tables for US/World versions, that way others could join in too.

Yes. Unless there are specific circumstances I stick to the MAME "parent" set, which is usually the final release of the game - meaning English. This one sits in my "favourites" list which is straightforward to include clones in
Checked around and can't find any evidence of differences other than graphics?
Not that I'm anywhere above last on the scoreboard

lol i'm not too bad at that one stage 8 nearly always get me with at least 1 life ,the stupid flying eggs after that always get me

I was reading something about it at four AM the other day and I missed a semicolon in a sentence which made it looked like you got more points with a JP game
Just reread it and it looks to be the same. We'll keep it to one table then
