ASU 8,532,250: Stage 3 ring/nail basic setup. The game gets too hard after this point if i play for scores, can't kill the boss without bombing etc.

I've since then perfected this part to where i always stream the little planes in stages 1, exit stage 1 with 2M.
Stage 2 has the train/little yellow planes which is also possible to stream, but it depends on how i score in the area before that and die(rank) or not.

Lack of play means i currently keep dying halfway stage 3, but this kind of score is enough to keep me ahead of the competition in my area :)

Is the Progear difficulty the same in the Japanese and USA as default?

Pretty sure US/EU defaults to difficulty 3 and JP default is 4. Someone else might be able to confirm/deny that.

So records should be classified in a different league, true? :D

No, not really.

We simply make an implicit allowance for pussies that play the US/World versions.

Not that I'm biased or anything :awe:

But is it noticeable ?

Because I know the Super street fighter 2 Turbo CPS2 ( 2X the Japanese version ) has a much higher difficult than the 2X Japanese version being both the same default difficult

Yep, there are noticeable differences. Slightly more bullets from smaller aircrafts, also more and faster bullets from bosses.
You can tell it's there in an instance, if you try it for yourself :)
