Re: Ketsui (PCB)
I once played Ketsui for about 10 hours straight and increased my score by 1 million, so... NICE WORK!

Just wait until you can get the stage 3 battleship extend regularly, and score so well that the second score extend happens close to it. Hearing the extend sound twice in a couple of seconds is pure exhilaration to put it mildly. Or just score badly and get the first extend there.kernow wrote:Getting the 2nd extend made me happy at least.

man9child - 124,043,284 - 1-ALL - Tiger Schwert
Got this a few weeks ago. Pulled the board out of my cab for the time being because 120 million was my arbitrary goal I had set for myself, and I'm still so far off from the loop requirements.

You're not that far off. All you gotta do is NMNB and you're in Ura Loop with that score

Re: Ketsui (PCB)
Thanks.
I'm too quick to bomb in stage 5. I never leave myself with enough margin for error by the end of it to get the less than or equal to 5 bombs thing.
Closest I came to that was on a fluke run, getting up to the stage 5 boss with no room to spare. I think I died on the first pattern. More often than not if I clear I'm probably around 10 lives/bombs used, though after the 5 I usually stop counting. Sometimes it's better not to know.

Marginal increase.
man9child - 127,729,677 - 1-ALL - Tiger Schwert
Should have broken 130 but I got excited that I beat my high score and couldn't dodge anything on the last boss. Burned through 3 lives and about as many bombs on that.

Wise fwom your gwave!
Gawd, this game's amazing. My eyes feel like they're going to pack in though
I'm just shy of the first extend now I've learned how to score properly. Must try harder
