I'll have to check the settings.. what is the default settings? or is there a default settings "button"?

The only thing that matters is that difficulty is set to Normal, as the game really doesn't have a lot of options.

No clue I'm afraid.
Got it last night and after a couple of pints I totaly cocked up the pictures.
Maybe lvl 5 looking at the second picture I came home with..
Edit:after looking at the scoreboard it can't have been 5. Probably same as you came too.
