My F3 mobo looses its sound after being powered on for a few minutes, first it looses the music then the effects start to fade away aswell and after about 10minutes its completely silent.
A common fault? bad caps or something else? The board looks flawless upon inspection.

I would start with the caps if it was me. Its not too expensive and it will need to be done eventually anyways *shrugs* but those symptoms sound like something related to the caps any ways. Best of luck

Caps seem like a good starting place, although with the music then effects going at different points that suggests something different, the op-amp maybe. There are only a few caps in the sound section on the motherboard anyway so, as said above, I'd start with those and go from there.
