FIXED - Killer Instinct boot problem (white lines screen)

Problem with Killer Instinct Arcade PCB, when starting the game appears a screen full of white lines and nothing more.
The last time the game showed something different was what you see in the video.

The game started with the blue screen and began to be heard but the blue screen remained until I turned it off.
The next time it was turned on only showed the screen full of white lines.

The game has the conversion of hard drive by compact flash memory, as well as the modified ROM U98 AnyIDE. Both worked properly so far. I have already reviewed the EPROM U98 with EPROM programmer and it is in good condition.
