Hi all,
Bit of a long shot, but apparently the standard TSOP48 to DIP converters you can find on eBay and such are not pinned correctly for the TOP3000 burners. I've found another forum post that mentions this and an old auction for a converter than had an intermediate pin converter board specifically for the TOP3000. Can anyone corroborate if this issue still exists? Anyone had luck burning this package on your TOP3000 and mind pointing me to the converter you bought so I can avoid having to hack one up to the proper pinout? I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

I don't have any answer I'm afraid, but I'd like to bump this as well. I too have a TOPS-3000 burner, which I like and would like to not have to replace. But just like you I'm looking for those SOP/TSOP converters. So far w/o any luck
