PGM2 static sound

I have a PGM2 motherboard (confirm its the motherboard) that has a slight static sound while playing a game. The system itself is not old 2008 I believe. Could the caps (which are smd) already going bad?

can you find the input to the amplifier and plug a speaker to see if it does have static there too?

I can do that. I just need to borrow my friend game cart as there is no test mode without one.
