The one on the right looks like Strikers 1945

yeah the right one is definitely a Psikyo board. the tecmo looks like wc 90 or similar ...cant really make out the other one

Thanks, most likely. I can't find any other deco pcb that has the same dual layer setup in that generation of games. Although all images I see actually say Vapor Trail on those FL marked ic's.
There's also a operator sticker stating january 31st 1990 and an IC marked Data East 1989.
