Power Drift - Almost There

After a lot of hassle (see Jamma+) I have managed to get something on my screen on my Power Drift cab. It's a load of garbage though.

I need some help with the Hantarex MTC 9000 monitor, please could someone let me know:

From the PCB I have RGB, ground and Sync. The input to the monitor has RGB, Ground, Hsync and Vsync

Which Sync on the monitor do I connect the Sync from the PCB to?


Also, should i set the polarity switch to positive or negative?
