Post by nem »

Out of nowhere Sega comes out with a new arcade racer:

I was like, Super GT, oh **** :-o Scud Race!

Then I remembered Super GT in real life is just boring touring cars :(

It's looking good. Buddy of mine was at the location testing today. He mentioned that lines were very long to play the game. He was pretty surprised. Seems like the game is created for the Japanese market.

Anyone (Shou) know any more about "SEGA Motorsport Works"? Far more interested in this than that **** Daytona.

That dashboard is awesome.

As I expected the game's too serious for my liking.

Looks great. I am glad they are still making racers these days. That's what SEGA always impressed at. And yeah that cab looks damn sexeh!

Wow! Very impressive :awe:

Looks very encouraging so far - cab looks great; six speed manual stick shifter, huge screen, digital readout on dash, nice seat design and what's that steering wheel?! :-o

Seems to have a good sense of speed and thrill too with the visuals and engine sounds.

Will they bring it to Europe..??
Wanted:

Any further news on this since September? Getting distinct R:Racing vibes from it, and looks very interesting.

After the soulless husk of Daytona this is actually quite exciting.
