Maybe he made a pricing error? The rest of the stuff he's selling doesn't look to be totally daft.

question is what he based that price on - compared to MVS PGM is slightly rarer in this corner of the world, so my guess is he figured he could make a nice profit. I'm not willing to give anybody on ebay the benefit of the doubt to be honest...

Well I'm not gonna follow some two digit poster on a trollingspree.
I have a feeling you'll notice this isn't THAT kind of forum.

Well said.
I wouldn't pay 275 let alone 2000 for that particular game, but I have many more satisfying things to do in life than hassling people online.

Would the idiots not be the buyers paying the retarded prices?
Or do you mean, asshats that can't sell stuff on eBay due to their misunderstanding of current demand for arcade stuff?
If Grailergate has taught us anything, all arcade stuff is destined to be Grail, some sellers are just ahead of the curve.

How is it not going to be immediately obvious you're being facetious?

Slow news day in arcade land... next up; correcting grammer... no thanks.
Leave sellers alone unless you really just want to offer helpful comments. Any gouger actually comes off looking reasonably smart if someone actually buys. As stated only idiots are the buyers... And those who spend time writing on forums about this stuff... ah... erm...

Funny you should mention it, neo forum has been hacked and deemed an unsafe site by my browser for a few days now, so I expect some runoff while the problem is being worked out.
