Very nice cabs collection. Wondering how it'll look when all is set up and running. But why you put the cabs in there if the floor is not done yet?
You lucky b*stard with such a lot of space .

Re: Turning the Garage into an Arcade
Just make sure no one spills anything. There was an arcade I used to frequent that had dark red carpeting. Once you got a stain on it, that was it, ruined the look for everything. They wanted to switch to black after that, but didn't have the funds. Shut down about a year or two after that.Jan wrote:OlDirty wrote:Very nice cabs collection. Re: Turning the Garage into an Arcade
Wait what, are you going to put in a mat on a concrete floor that gets cold in the winter?
Wont the concrete then collect moisture that later wanders up into the mat and creates mold.

It actually shouldn't if it's relatively contemporary mix (actually slightly breathable) and sealed [under/sides] from ground moisture; should actually be better than layering something non breathable over it. Depending on how it's done, can actually even be fantastic in terms of insulation/heat retention.
Jealous of this **** - congrats sir!
