Did anyone else get the email from excellent?

It's the original DOJ on PGM2 hardware. What is going on here

Backwards comparability for PGM titles (ESP galuda, ketsui, doj BL)?

It's got a pic of a blue motherboard. I know KOF98UM doesn't work on the red mobo, so is the blue possibly PGM2.1?

It now makes even less sense. You can pick the original pgm version for about £250

I don't think it's an error Kern, there's a pic of the cart. We all thought the same thing with KOF98UM and it was real.

It would make much more sense if it was DFK

I saw this in my mail and went straight to cave-stg, should've known the cool people were talking about it here

I'm sure IGS and Cave are still good friends so this will be licensed. IGS are pretty big in Taiwan and if releasing KOF 98 UM on their own hardware can make money for them then so can this. Judging by KOV2++, PGM2 is obviously a PGM with extra RAM and a few tweaks so its not a lot of work. I'm itching to find out what the gameplay differences are and who programmed them.

It'd be sweet if they used the Black Label code...

I'm hoping someone buys this and puts up some details. If I had $900 lying around the order would already be placed

If $900 was still worth about £450 I would buy it.

That's still £200 more (£300 with the lovely exchange rate) than you can get the original for.
