Time for a messy pic:
Tried to avoid making a shelf/board mount thing but uh, ended up kind of a pain in the **** anyway and not remotely as clean as I hoped.

Cleaned up my Xbox setup down to a single unit, now I just jam the whole thing in and only gotta plug in the power and the JAMMA harness. Drive tray is clear and I can hit the guide button on the adapter easily, changing control configs on the viletim adapter is a bit of a pain though.
...course it
barely fits through the opening, and has to be hung on the board outside cause it's too wide to fit on the hooks while inside, and it's pretty heavy which is why I secured the board, and have a leftover rack shelf hanging on the other side as a light counterweight (originally planned a two shelf setup but the 360 was too damn wide for it to work out).

"Quick-Fix" bracket for CD ROM drive. Will take a trip to B&Q this week and get something a bit more professional made up.

Been planning to make a thread eventually (cause I did some funky stuff), but yeah just an amp there. The extra wiring going on is cause it's going out to two sets of speakers with separate volume control to handle the volume difference between the sets.
