Re: Is this a suitable power supply for a Supergun?
Hi Cools - can you elaborate please?
AFAIK I need one with the 20 pin connector or that I can at least tap into -5, +5 and +12 to cover all bases. Seems a great price but is the wattage suitable? From what I have read a 10amp fuse in the +12 and a 2 amp in the +5 is also advisable in the supply to the SG. Would appreciate your thoughts.

It's a PC power supply that you're going to be hacking up, for arcade use. You probably won't get the -5v you've mentioned either, new ATX supplies don't have it.
Why not just buy an arcade power supply? http://www.giz10p.co.uk/Electronic-Part ... rod_3.html

yes it will be fine for anything that doesn't require -5 v which is most pcbs. My supergun uses a small atx 2.whatever psu
